The flight departs Sydney, Australia at 12:50pm and arrives to Santiago, Chile the same day at 11:20am. In other words, the plane lands 90 minutes before it departs.

This is going to be the fly in Abadi's ointment regarding his new cabinet. The Kurd's are ok with the change in the cabinet, as long as they get a seat at the table. Abadi's been trying to get away from the quota system but in order to do that, he's going to need Parliament's vote to make the changes.
Unless everyone gets a seat at the table, Parliament's not going to support the changes. Hopefully Abadi can find intelligent, knowledgeable technocrats from all three major sects and put this new government together with Parliament's support.
