STEMbassadors from UNH

Lecture Hall
Students from the UNH College of Engineering and Physical Sciences will lead two STEM related classes. Students in
grades 4 and 5 will be challenged to create a theme park ride using various materials, and students in
grades 6 and 7 will experiment with buoyancy by designing a tinfoil boat that holds the most weight. Each class is limited to 20 students so sign-up is required and will begin on Tuesday, February 9. Please see website library.dover.nh.gov for more details.

Wildlife Encounters

Come get up close and personal with some really exotic animals. The educators from Wildlife Encounters in Rochester, NH will bring a variety of animal ambassadors; some with scales, some with fur, and some with wings. We will learn all about these amazing creatures and even get interactive with a few. Don't miss this wild time at the library.
