You made it through January, now here are 5 tips to stick to your newyear's resolution for a healthier you in 2016!
1. Change your thinking Find something that you look forward to doing and makes you feel good after. Think about it as something good for you, rather than a chore.
2. Set a Goal make it easy and build up as you go... We see it all at Xpose. Some people take 1 class every other week, while others take 4 classes in a single day. Whatever your goal is, make sure it works for you! Celebrate every milestone, no matter how big or small it may seem!
3. Schedule it Make sure to mark it down as something you cannot miss. With our classes, it's easy to circle the day and time to come and make fitness a habit!
4. Switch it up Keeping your workout fresh and fun will keep you (and your muscles) from getting used to the same routine. Between floor/chair, ball, pole, and stretch- you'll discover muscles you never knew you had over, and over, and over again!
5. Find a Fitness Buddy We've all given into peer pressure before, why not use it's powers for good?! If you're having a hard time finding a friend to come with you, you can always make one at Xpose!
