The Morton Center Report
/
March 2016
This weekend as we celebrate, I'm reminded of the feeling of Easter morning as a child. The wonderful baskets filled with candy, chalk, jump rope, treats, and glittery eggs.
As a mother, I get to see my girl's faces light up Easter morning. Children have so much excitement for those little things.  A chocolate bunny -- being able to eat candy all day!
As an adult, sometimes it's hard to be thankful for all the little things in life. As you spend time with family and friends this Easter weekend, I would like to ask that you stop and think about your own Easter basket. I personally have so many things that I could fill my Easter basket with each and every day.  My family, the wonderful staff I work with, TMC board members and our exceptional donors.

My hope for you this Easter is that you can celebrate and be thankful for YOUR Easter Basket.

With gratitude,
