As we get close to the start of the 2016-2017 VPK school-year program, we have a few important up
dates to share. Please carefully read all of the information provided below.
Fall VPK 2016-2017 Timelines

2016-2017 VPK Provider Contracts in Portal
All VPK Provider Contract Documents should be submitted using the Provider Portal. When you login to the Provider Portal, select the "2016-2017 VPK Contracts". The contract is in an editable PDF format that is easy to use. Your contract will never be submitted incomplete. If you leave out information in any section of the contract, a message box will pop up letting you know what still needs to be completed.
Once complete, you can sign your contract electronically and submit it to us. You can also upload supporting documents such as Certificates of Insurance, Workers Comp. certificates, teachers' credentials, etc. These documents will be stored in your personal folders within the Provider Portal to access when you need them.
How to Submit Your VPK COE's
All child Certificates of Eligibility (COE's) should be submitted via Provider Portal. You have the option to submit the COE's electronically or uploading copies of the COE's in the document libraries to the folder labeled "Enrollment_VPK_COE's".
To submit COE's electronically, simply follow these instructions:
1.
Login to your Provider Portal account
2.
Locate the word "Children" at the top of your screen
3.
Once you see the drop-down menu, select "VPK COE's"
4.
Select "VPK Agreement 2016-2017" in the Agreement field
5.
Select the appropriate classroom in the Classroom field for the child you are enrolling
6.
Click on the "+ Add New Child" button directly below the Classroom field
7.
Enter all available information and click "Save"
8.
Keep the hard copy COE on file for monitoring purposes
2016-2017 VPK Payment Rates
The House and Senate have reached an agreement on the 2016-2017 fiscal year budget and there will be NO change to VPK funding. VPK providers will be reimbursed at the same rates as in 2015-2016. If you have any questions, please contact your VPK Contract Specialist.
