Socialville-Fosters Improvements
The Socialville-Fosters Road Improvements are part of a series of projects in southwest Warren County, including the interchange improvements at the Western Row Road interchange. These improvements will increase mobility, improve safety and expand access to business and recreational destinations as a number of local businesses continue to grow and bring new jobs to our area.
The Socialville-Fosters Road bridge closure is now in place at the bridge over I-71. The closure will last for 40 weeks, weather permitting.
Drivers are being detoured to
Mason-Montgomery Road to Western Row Road to Columbia Road.
Our project team is monitoring traffic lights in the surrounding area and making adjustments as drivers get used to the new pattern of traffic.
Irwin Simpson Road Improvements

Work is in full swing to add a turn lane on Irwin Simpson Road at Columbia; weather permitting, work should be completed by Friday, April 1.
