Subject: Winter Weather Precautions
We wanted to take this opportunity to remind you the impact cold weather conditions may have on the population we serve and their needs to be protected from long wait times outside during the cold weather season. We want to limit the amount of time members spend outside as much as possible.
Because of this, we want to remind you that in the event there are any delays when picking up the member at their scheduled pickup time, it is mandatory to contact National MedTrans Network to inform us of such delays.
National MedTrans Network will communicate the delay and new ETA with the member. This mandatory step will greatly help limit the amount of time members wait outside.
We appreciate the service your provide to transporting our members to better health. |
