Ben's Buzz:

March 9, 2016

Next week will be the end of Term Two and Report Cards will be sent home on the afternoon of March 11th.  Come celebrate the end of term at the PCO Spring Family Social! The PCO needs many volunteers to bring this event to fruition, parent volunteers, middle school volunteers and even alumni volunteers. Please see detailed information a little further down in today's newsletter.

Lately we have had an increase in children bringing toys from home.  As you can imagine, this often results in things being lost or misplaced, or toys are traded between friends who then would like to "un-do" the trade and lots of hurt feelings. This is becoming increasingly distracting to the school day.  As such, we kindly ask that children do not bring along toys from home (legos, Shopkins, trading cards etc.) Thank you for your cooperation.

In an effort to show our support the the O' Neil Family of Franklin who tragically lost their loved one (Husband and Dad) recently, we are having a jean day on Friday, March 11, 2016.  Please bring in a monetary donation of your choice and we will make donation to "The Chris O' Neil Children's Fund" at Dean Bank.

Have a great rest of the week!
