OPENING Up

Christy Lutz  - Business Development Representative (SRG Augusta)

Welcome to the SPRING issue of Restored!

As we SPRING forward to a new season, these are a few of my favorite things: a refreshing coolness in the air kissed by the warmth of the sun, tree branches bursting with color against bright blue skies, lawns turning green before our eyes, tulips & ferns, birds singing, Easter, bow ties & sear sucker, The Masters Golf Tournament, Spring Break beach trip (& ahh... a little long overdue color for my winter white legs!), celebrating family birthdays, fishing & turkey hunting for my guys.....
I am reminded of this verse "Behold I will do a new thing, Now it shall SPRING forth" (Isaiah 43:18).

The first quarter of 2016 brought with it a new SRG quarterly theme,  "
Strengthen the Core."  Fitness gyms, particularly at this time of the year, are filled with people attempting to firm muscle and shed extra pounds. We all know the condition of our physical core strength affects everything else - balance, stability, resistance to injury, and stamina. Likewise, spiritually speaking, Paul tells us the importance of strengthening our core by "standing firm with the belt of truth buckled around our waist" (Ephesians 6:14). God's Truth is our spiritual core support. Truth affirms God's standards (righteousness) and enables us to align ourselves with the Righteousness that was bought for us on the cross. Without a strong core of Truth, we are tempted to try to carry our own "breastplates of Righteousness," a weight we simply cannot withstand.

How does all this translate into strengthening the core of a Restoration company? We at SRG, recognize that the condition of our core will affect everything we do. We also acknowledge the ONE who gives us our strength. We began our core conditioning by defining our

Core Competencies:

Our People -An extraordinary culture made up of remarkable team members.
Our Brand - SRG's professionalism instills confidence and ensures a sense of peace to our team members and to our homeowners.
Our Approach - A joyful and intentional sense of urgency
Our execution - Exceptional communication, Timely Completion, & Quality in everything we do.

SRG's steadfast leadership and pursuit for Kingdom impact through our company's Core Competencies have become a GREAT joy and blessing in my coming alongside my husband, Chris Lutz, SRG Augusta Branch Manager, and our entire Augusta Team as well as our dynamic Business Development Team in SRG's mission "Restoring Lives. Repairing Property."! God has granted us the privilege of being ushered into people's crisis moments on a daily basis and to minister to their lives. For this I am truly grateful and am forever changed.

RESTORING LIVES.  REPAIRING PROPERTY.

LEARNING More

"RESTORING
LIVES. REPAIRING PROPERTY."

is what we pursue at every chance we can with our team members and our communities.  Below are just a few examples of our team members living out this purpose.

"This is my first experience with Southeast Restoration and I am quite frankly amazed with the service as well as the follow up I received from  Marc Ellington . You were picked by my insurance company, USAA, and I am very thankful they picked you. I am very relieved to have such great service from your company. I would recommend Southeast for any project. Unfortunately, I am now in an assisted living home and will not need any more of your services. Southeast Restoration reminds me of a quote I once heard
'You can have the best product in the world but if you do
not have great customer service, you will fail.'
I think Southeast will continue to be around for a long time because you guys were great with your customer service. I can't image anyone having a bad experience with your company."
  -COL J. Jones

"I just want to thank you for the great service. The world needs more people as kind as Dylan Owens. (Southeast Restoration Group Calhoun Project Manager) I wish that young man nothing but the best. Thank you and God bless"
-M. Hinson

"I am writing you to express my appreciation for the excellent and dedicated service Jack Liu and Southeast Restoration Group rendered to my family on our restoration project. Jack and Southeast Restoration Group touched me with their dedication and unwavering efforts that came with this project. We were kept informed at every phase. Although I do not want another kitchen accident, I would be eager to work with Southeast Restoration Group and again and would certainly recommend them to my friends."
