Will March bring us any snow? Most of us hope not. We are hoping that spring is right around the corner.  A great way to help welcome spring is the local Kingston tradition of the annual Shamrock Run.  Whether you want to walk, jog, or run it like a race, it is a fun family and group event.  There is still time to register. Don't delay! We have included a link in our newsletter below.

Since spring brings us a sense of rejuvenation, it only seems right that we introduce you to The Lace Mill as our  Client of the Month for March.  Located at 165 Cornell St. in  Kingston, NY, The Lace Mill has brought Midtown Kingston a sense of revitalization.  With 55 units of affordable housing for artists to live and work, this project uplifted a community and restored a historic vacant building that had been an eyesore for more than 30 years.

We also reacquaint you with our Insurance Partner of the Month, Philadelphia Insurance Company.  With specialized insurance products and services, they strive to be a leader in providing excellent customer service.

Business Income Insurance, including rental income, is our Coverage of the Month for March.  Make sure you are prepared if disaster or fire interrupt your ability to conduct your daily business.
