The City of Weyburn is hosting the 28th Annual SUMA Golf Tournament at the Weyburn Golf Course, Thursday and Friday, July 14-15, 2016. For only $100, you will receive supper and entertainment on Thursday night, and on Friday, breakfast, 18 holes of golf, a cart, and lunch.
If you are not a golfer, you can still take part in the other activities for a smaller fee. For more information and to register,

Building Official Licensing Training
Registration has opened for the Building Official Licensing Training Legislative Workshop in Saskatoon on Monday and Tuesday, May 16-17, 2016. There is no charge to attend but space is limited to 30 participants, so register early to avoid disappointment. May 6-8, 2016, to show off local points of interest, historical and scenic sites. All it takes is a small group of volunteers to pull off one or more free, citizen-led walks, which provide a great opportunity for people to share stories about the community, explore, and connect with neighbours. So far, Saskatchewan only has Jane's Walks in Regina and Saskatoon, but it would be nice to see some of our other members fill out the map.
