TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets Go On Sale
Beginning Tuesday, April 12th
(Monday, April 11th for Class Parents)
Tickets are $12 each
4 Tickets per Family
(For each performance)
 ***Please read through all instructions before purchasing tickets.***
Tickets must be purchased in separate transactions for Friday and Saturday performances.
To purchase tickets for the 
Friday, May 6th performance: 



Step 1. In your browser type:  

Step 2. Enter the password:  WICA 2016 to access the ticket site.  (this site is closed to the public)

Step 3. Click "View Event" button

Step 4. Once on the event page click "enter promotional code" in the Ticket Information section.

Step 5. Enter your  personal promotional code and click Apply
(the same code is used for both Friday and Saturday)

The  Family code is 
 
Step 6. Select the  Quantity of tickets (up to 4) that you would like to purchase.
 
Step 7. Click Get Seats -  (the system will select the best available seats**)
 
Step 8. Click  Got It to view seats

Step 9. Click CHECKOUT
 
Step 10. Complete the Order Form
 
Step 11. Click Pay Now

**If you want to select your own seats:
  (This option is NOT available on smartphones or iPads.)

 Step 7. Click Select Seats on the seat map     
     (under the picture of the seat map to the right)

 Step 8. Click Got It to open seat mat
  •  Scroll into the seat map to enlarge
  •  Click on the section you want to sit in.
  •  Click on the available seats you want.
Continue with Steps 9-11 above.
Now Purchase Your Tickets for Saturday's Performance
To purchase tickets for 
Saturday,  May 7th performance: 


Step 1. In your browser type:

Need More Than 4 Tickets??
Beginning Wednesday, April 20th additional tickets can be purchased online
from the remaining seats, on a first come first served basis.
 The 4 tickets per family will NOT be held after this date.
Blu-ray Disc & DVD Orders
On Friday, May 6th our performance will be professionally recorded by R&S Wilhelm Recording. Featuring 5 camera angles, Dolby Digital 2.0 sound, main menu with titled chapters and rolling credits for each act. You can pre-order your copy when you purchase tickets. Blu-ray Discs $38 and DVD $28.
