Recent Results of our JSI Plex Players
Great showing by young plex JSI players in the tournament the past two weekends. 
Adhithya Ganesan 
won Boys 12 L5 at Westwinds over the weekend,  Nathan La was the finalist and Noah Lewis reached semifinals.
 
Noah Lewis and Ben Wang 
were finalists in 12 L5 at Leesburg. Ben beat the #1 and #3 seed to reach the finals. Noah beat #2 seed to reach the final and won the tournament.   Rohan Bhat reached the Semi finals  12 L6 in Leesburg. Zach Rosen reached the semi-finals 14 L6 in Green Spring. 
Great job!  

 

Eight year old Albert Mackey won the 12 L6 Tournament at Cabin John beating #2 seed in 3rd set tie-break. Kudos to Bert. 
Imani  Ghosh won the Girls 12 L5 tournament at Leesburg winning all her matches at ease, her first trophy win in Mid-Atlantic since moving from Texas. 
Radha Patel won the Girls 12s L5 tournament in Falls Church beating #1 seed in semifinal and blanking #2 seed in finals. Tsach Mackey reached the semi finals 12 L5 in Falls Church.

        The snow hasn't stopped our players!!! They have beenhard at work on the court, and now we are ECSTATIC to announce the AMAZING month that Jack Schore Tennis players are having in February, culminating with a USTA national title!

  • USTA National Regional G16
    • Michelle Xu claims the singles championship without dropping a set. She also was the doubles finalist!
      • Michelle was just named "Price Top 100" byTennisRecruiting.net and named one of the most improved players in the nation by the "Premier Site for Junior Tennis."   Click here to read an outstanding article about Michelle's growth on the court, and how tennis skills help her to think critically. 

  • USTA National Regional G14 :
    • Moriah McDonald Quarter-finalist of singles consolation and a doubles semifinalist
       
    • Camryn Kim also a participant
  • USTA National Regional Girls 18:
    • Nicole Hammond reached the quarterfinals of singles (claiming 5th place) and a doubles semifinalist
    • Jona Roka claimed the doubles championship and won 4 total singles matches
  • National Girls 18 Selection Tournament:
    • Meghana Komarraju outlasted Stanford University bound 7th seed en route to the singles quarterfinals
  • USTA National Regional B12
    • Adhithya Ganesan, who just turned 10 years old, participated in his 1st national event and claimed both singles and doubles victories
