If I think about it long enough and hard enough, I will change my ways, act differently and think differently.  Right?

   

Wrong.  It doesn't happen that way. We can spend our lives thinking about something and never doing it.

  

If we need to think differently and act differently, we need to as the Nike commercial says:  "Just Do It". 

   

Yes, it is uncomfortable for a while but, if we believe it is the right thing and are committed to making it happen, it will become easier and easier until, soon, it is second nature.
