SPEAKERS CONFIRMED FOR EDUCATION SERIES #4
The PGA of British Columbia is pleased to announce the speakers that will take the stage at Education Series #4, April 25 at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. The speakers will sit on a panel discussing Mentorship, Career Paths, and the Business of Golf, and will also field questions from the audience.

The panel will include:
  • Dale Moore, Head Professional, Windermere Valley Golf Course
  • Brian Schaal, Executive Professional, Copper Point Golf Club
  • Peter Smith, Executive Professional, Fairmont Hot Springs Resort
Registration for members is $19.00+GST. Non-members are welcome for $39.00+GST and must be accompanied by a PGA of BC member. All members will receive 4 PDP points to register.

ERNIE ELS #GAMEON AUTISM™ GOLF TRAINING SEMINAR AND CLINIC
Els for Autism will be conducting a #GameON Autism clinic Monday, May 16, at Morgan Creek Golf Course. Golf instructors participating in this free clinic will learn about the characteristics of autism and the best practices for teaching participants with autism and other developmental disabilities.

The agenda for the session taking place at Morgan Creek is as follows: 
10:30 AM - 1:30 PM - Didactic seminar with light lunch provided
1:30 PM - 1:45 PM  - Break
1:45 - 2:30 PM - Set up for #GameON Clinic 
2:30 - 3:30 PM - Host #GameON Clinic

CONGRATULATIONS
Congratulations to Padraic O'Rourke (The Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club), Matt Steger (McCleery Golf Course), and Bryn Parry (Seymour Creek Golf Centre) for earning co-medallist honours at this week's Srixon Tour event, Monday at Quilchena Golf & Country Club. The trio each shot 3-under 70 to earn cheques of $420. 

Additionally, congratulations to Kevin Maxwell (Olympic View Golf Club) for claiming the VIPT event Monday at Highland Pacific Golf. Maxwell shot 2-under 69, followed closely by Host Professional Rob Cruise with 70.
