See a Doctor Online or by Phone
Did you know that HMAA members may now see a doctor online or by phone through HiDoc at no cost? For most healthcare services, members can be seen within 30 minutes, or can schedule an appointment for a later date and time.

Worksite Wellness Biometric Screenings & Health Fairs
HMAA is pleased to offer employers custom health fair planning
and biometric screenings conducted at your worksite for
all of your employees! Contact your HMAA Account Manager
or Sales Support to schedule a screening or for further details.
Screenings include body mass index (BMI) with body composition, blood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol.
Aggregate reporting is available when minimum participation is met.
Members receive a follow-up letter when their scores are outside the target range for any of the measurements.
Eligibility: A minimum of 50 participants is required in order to receive screenings at no cost. For groups that do not meet the minimum participation requirement, a cost-share may apply. Minimum participation is not limited to HMAA members.

Maternity & Baby Care Incentive Program. If any of your employees covered by HMAA are between 1 and 20 weeks pregnant, please encourage them to enroll in this free program! HMAA's Maternity and Baby Care Incentive Program is designed to help expectant moms and their babies stay healthy during and after pregnancy. We provide education, intervention and guidance, along with incentives to encourage program completion. Members interested in the program may submit the request form available at hmaa.com/wellness, or contact our Customer Service Center.
