MX-5s At Formula Drift Long Beach
While neither of the MX-5s made it to the podium last weekend at Formula Drift Long Beach , Mad Mike in the Radbul put on a great show for the fans!
ND RoadsterSport Mufflers 

All of our ND mufflers use new finely-tuned Helmholtz chamber technology to cancel out the 'boomy' droning frequencies so you get maximum fun without the negative side effects of typical aftermarket mufflers! All versions are in stock and shipping now:


Our mildest choice, on gas or off it is deeper and more throaty than stock and just a little more volume than stock. Also likely the best choice for those who later add header and/or midpipe that will raise the sound more. If the wife is going to object to anything too sporty, this is your choice!

Same overall design as the "Race" but upgraded with fancy tip for more full finished look and high density resonator to lower the volume. It's otherwise the same design and same melodic burble sounds when you put your foot to the floor, except it turns down the volume dial from 10 to about 7.

Brian's Application Notes: For years we had customers buying NON-factory replacements and telling us how poor the fit can be with some of those choices, and those choices often do not include the install clips. Here we have imported from Mazda Japan the genuine FACTORY Mazda Meter hood and it fits PERFECT and includes the clips so that install is a snap. 5X Racing 14mm Rear Sway Bar

 

Sean @ GWR's Notes: If you have a 90-05 Miata, this is  the sway bar to have for going fast at the track. The 14mm rear sway pairs perfectly with the very popular Racing Beat tubular front sway bar. Unlike the factory Mazdaspeed bar, the 5x Racing unit is 3 position adjustable to give you ability to fine tune the balance of your car. In terms of stiffness, the rear most position on the sway bar is slightly stiffer than stock, the center position is a match for the Mazdaspeed 14mm and the forward most position is slightly stiffer than the OEM Mazdaspeed unit. 


Produced by Bauer Limited Production these ISO 9001 certified extended lower ball joints give you easy access to additional negative camber. Increases your available camber by -2* to -3* allowing a Miata with stock ride height to achieve -.5* to -3* of camber!

High-demand cars such as turbocharged, supercharged, and racing applications need maximum cooling ability. For many years the next-step beyond the standard aluminum radiator upgrade was to move on to a custom multi-pass racing radiator. Those radiators packed massive cooling ability, but also come with massive price tags and are not direct-fit; required custom brackets, didn't fit with factory fans, and so on.
Our new Triple-Pass radiator is the first of its kind; a cross-flow, triple-pass configuration using racing radiator technology throughout that still drops in without any other modifications, and doesn't have the price tag that comes with "custom". Fits with the factory brackets, fans, and hoses.
Brian's Application Notes: 
This project started after I lost a 2.5 liter motor in my 2006 to overheating. The motor didn't actually fail but got hot enough for piston ring tension to be seriously compromised with resulting loss of peak horsepower of nearly 20 percent...OUCH. We ended up rebuilding that motor with high compression pistons and I had learned my lesson on giving an upgraded NC as much cooling as available. 

At about the same time we decided to push our supercharged 2.0 2007 to over 300 hp and found we needed more cooling in that NC than our current selection of radiators could provide. Thus, for those racing boosted 2.0 and 2.5 and those racing even normally aspirated 2.5 we suggest this is a critical insurance policy that saves you money in the long run! Works great in combo with our singular hood vents (which draw even more air through the radiator).
