This year, the Chamber will be presenting the 2015 Spirit Award to an individual, organization or business that has shown an outstanding commitment to the Capitol Hill community. The Spirit Award represents the best of Capitol Hill through community service, excellence, and passion for this neighborhood.
We are pleased to announce this year's nominations:
Liz Dunn (for leadership and commitment to
preserving the Pike/Pine corridor),
Jerry Everard (for years of philanthropy and commitment to the Capitol Hill neighborhood), Rich Fox (for years of advocacy surrounding sm
all business in Capitol Hill), Don Jensen (for work with Capitol Hill Community Lunch),
Jeff Pelletier (for stewardship on 15th Avenue), and the Volunteer Park Trust (for community engagement and beautification of Capitol Hill).
This year's State of the Hill will be the best one yet, and we could not have done it without the support of our members and neighbors. We hope to see you there!
