The Innovation Group Rounds Off Executive Team
and Launches New Website

For the past 30 years, The Innovation Group's professionals have helped bring many of the world's largest entertainment and hospitality projects to fruition, securing the company's role as the premier provider of consulting services for the gaming, entertainment and hospitality industries. In a series of moves to reinforce The Innovation Group's global focus, a key executive promotion and a website refresh are complete.

The Innovation Group is proud to announce that David Rittvo, a valued member of The Innovation Group team for over seven years, has become a Partner in the company. David led the company's expansion into Asia over the last several years and built a team, now led by Senior Associate Michael Zhu, to take that effort forward. As a Partner, David will lead international business development for the company, and become more heavily involved in The Innovation Group's management and operational efforts. "David is a natural fit for the long-term growth of the company" says Innovation Group President, Michael Soll. "His perceptions of the strategic needs of our clients and of global industry trends, as well as his experience in the management of the business, are instrumental in assuring our continued success."

As Rittvo's role within The Innovation Group grows, the company is embracing its own evolution, including the launch of a new website positioned to reflect the global direction of the company and its expansion into new areas of the gaming industry. The site incorporates new technologies targeting a new generation of leisure and gaming consumers and clients.

Innovation Group Partner Tom Zitt explains, "With our new website, we continue to adapt our own business and services to help our clients survive and thrive in the new gaming and entertainment landscape. A refreshed logo, featuring strong angles with a modern and architectural feel, reflects the way we bring together an array of different services to fulfill a myriad of project needs. And our new tagline, From Vision to Fruition, reinforces our involvement over the entire span of a project's life cycle."

As the company updates its image and continues to adapt to address the most recent needs of the industry, founding Partner and Chairman of The Innovation Group of Companies, Steve Rittvo, reinforces its origins: "Our roots in delivering the most accurate and reliable forecasting tools and strategic direction to our clients in government, operations and banking, will continue to be the cornerstone to our success."

SKILL BASED GAMES COMING TO LAS VEGAS
by Michael Vanaskie

After much speculation, publicity, and vacillation, it appears that Las Vegas gamers will finally have the ability to gamble on skill based games. Don't expect there to be a mass exodus of traditional gaming machines, however. The introduction of skill based games on Las Vegas gaming floors is likely to be very slow and measured.
SOUTH OF THE BORDER: A TALE OF TWO BILLS
by Stephanie Adkison
& Cameron Steinagel

Mexico, and more recently Brazil, have both introduced sweeping gaming legislation that could change the face of gaming in each nation. The operative word is "could". As in many jurisdictions, the gaming bills are weaving in and out of committees and sessions with an unclear path.

Muscogee Creek Nations Destination Resort
The end of the development period is in sight for the Muscogee Creek Nations ("MCN") destination resort construction. Construction on the proposed destination resort began in early November, 2014 after several months of delays as the tribe waited for a permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to approve changes to the river bed.
