       Meet 
     Wes Rehwoldt

 
    1. I have been happily married to the same wonderful woman, Julie, for 35 years this year.
    2. I am proud to have four great kids in a variety of careers: Jon - Artist, Chris - Architect, Matt - WWE Wrestler and Liz - Civil Engineer.
    3. I have a wonderful granddaughter, Evelyn Skye - my first!
    4. My wife and I both come from families of 7 children.
    5. I spent 12 of my formative years in the Seminary with the Augustinians.
    6. I wasn't always bald.
    7. I love to play golf ~ especially with my foursome of 17 years, "The Not Yet Legends".
    8. I enjoy hunting when I can; a lot less now than when I was younger.
    9. I began my career as a janitor and moved through the ranks of maintenance engineer, operations manager, assistant property manager, operations director, property manager to property management director.
    10. I have enjoyed 6 years participating in the development of a great team of real estate professionals at Crossroads Partners ~ while being partners/friends with Mike Nortman and Kirsten Bowersox.

Woodfield Corners is located at the corner of Meacham Road and Woodfield Road in the heart of the Woodfield Mall office market.  The area boasts some of the best amenities in Schaumburg with numerous white tablecloth restaurants including Chicago Prime Italian, Weber Grill and Grillhouse by David Burke located within walking distance to the building.  Access to the property is the best in the market with I-290, I-355, I-90 & Route 53 all just a short drive down Woodfield Road.  Quick-serve restaurants such as Roti Mediterranean Grill and Potbelly Sandwich Works are located adjacent to the property and offer excellent lunch options.  The 130,000 square foot building has been transformed since Crossroads Partners purchased the property and is now over 90% leased.  Crossroads has brought numerous amenities to the property including on-site property management, a brand new building conference center completed in 2015 and a tenant lounge with vending and WIFI access.  Crossroads Partners also calls Woodfield Corners home and has been our company's headquarters since purchasing the property.
