Shippensburg University Raider Throws Camp
Boys & Girls Grades 9 - 12
The SU Throws Camp is designed to be a throws-specific camp, which meets or exceeds the quality of all throws camps in the region. All aspects of the throwing events will be covered using proper throwing techniques. Plyometrics, weight training, mental training, proper diet, and various other aspects of training will be covered.
