To Our Valued ProVia Customers,

It is our pleasure to congratulate the founder of ProVia, Bill Mullet, on his retirement from the company effective December 1, 2015. Bill has led us from a small garage in Sugarcreek, Ohio in 1977 to the 600+ employee organization we are today.

Today we honor his achievements. Under Bill's leadership ProVia has achieved a succession of plant expansions, corporate infrastructure enhancements, production efficiencies and company acquisitions that extended our vertical integration and product portfolio.  However, Bill is always quick to give the glory and honor for these accomplishments to God.

According to Bill, "ProVia hasn't always been as it is today. But there is one thing that has not changed, and that is 'change.' We have always been a company that embraces change, because we realize that progress and improvement cannot happen in its absence."

A Seamless Transition

Bill will continue his role on the Board of Directors, and has enthusiastically accepted his appointment as Chairman of the Board. He will also function in the role of advisor and will retain an office at ProVia on a part-time basis. This will ensure the continuity of our operations, purpose, vision, mission and values. The plan for this seamless transition has long been in place.

Leadership Team Will Remain in Place

Brian Miller joined ProVia in 2006. In 2010 he was named President and has spearheaded the company's day-to-day operations since that time. Brian now assumes the title of President and CEO, and our Corporate Leadership Team will remain in place.

As of November 30, 2015 Bill and his wife Ellen have sold their shares back to the company, leaving their four children Craig Mullet, Brent Mullet, Sherry Miller and Andrea Esh as ProVia's sole owners.

This ownership team will work to continue ProVia's longstanding track record for producing best-in-class products that uniquely fill the needs of our customers and exceed their expectations. We are confident they will continue to hire the best employees and treat them, and every customer, with integrity, respect and kindness.

A New Era

Bill credits several key factors that have fueled ProVia's steady growth. First, if you find what customers need, and fill this, it will also fill your own needs. Second, we treat others as we would like to be treated. Third, one person can only do so much - to join with others in a team that has the same vision, passion and commitment brings a synergy that is powerful and perhaps unstoppable.

We consider you, our customer, to be one of the most important members of our team. We look forward to a future of continued growth and success as we walk together into a new era at ProVia.
