Katy ISD Attendance Boundary Modification
 
Attendance Boundary Modifications (ABM) are an integral part of Katy ISD's growth management process. As the District continues to grow and more schools are opened, ABMs become necessary to maintain quality learning experiences at each campus. 

Modifications can occur with the construction of each new school, as well as to optimize enrollment capacity and balance enrollment between existing schools.  Click here for more information on the District's ABM process.
Katy ISD Receives Certificates for Excellence in Financial Reporting
Katy ISD - A+ is our middle name.
 
The Katy ISD Financial Services Department was recently awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA), and a Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) for their Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). Katy ISD Counseling and Psychological Services Wins TASP Award
 
Katy ISD's Counseling and Psychological Services was recently selected as the recipient of the Outstanding Delivery of School Psychological Services Award given by the Texas Association of School Psychologists (TASP). This award recognizes school districts that implement best practices or innovative practices of school psychology that align with the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) Practice Domains. Katy ISD Parent and Patron Assistance Center

The Parent & Patron Assistance Center (PPAC) is a confidential resource that serves the Katy ISD community by helping to address concerns, complaints, conflicts and other school-related issues in an informal manner on behalf of the Superintendent. The Coordinator is available to listen to and analyze problems; identify and explain relevant District policies and procedures; and explore options for parents and patrons.
