PCD WILL AWARD OVER $4,000 IN GRANTS TO LOCAL BUSINESSES
Mini Grant Program provides $500 grants to nine Hamilton-area businesses
 
The Partnership for Community Development, Hamilton's nonprofit economic development agency, has just over $4,000 through its Mini Grant program to award to nine Hamilton-area businesses. The grants will be awarded through a competitive process and are intended as a way for businesses to complete small and creative projects. The Madison County Capital Resource Corporation, a nonprofit development corporation operated by the Madison County Industrial Development Agency, provided funds for the program.


Interested in buying your first home, but aren't sure how much you can afford or what steps you need to take? Want to know what programs are out there for first time homebuyers? Come to Homebuyer Education hosted by the Partnership for Community Development and the Utica HomeOwnership Center! You'll learn all you need to know to be a smart homebuyer. Completing the program can help you qualify for more competitive mortgage loans and grant programs.

10/20 and  10/21, 5pm-8pm
Hamilton Library, 13 Broad St.
$75 per household or pair (do not have to live together to split cost)
