Some runners can't fathom ever running a marathon much less accomplishing the feat our very own Murray did in such a short period of time! We are so proud of you Murray and wish you many more years of running marathons!

Myrtle Beach Marathon Weekend

Club members began checking the weather for race weekend several weeks before the big event. Some were nervous about the wind and colder temps. Others were nervous because it was their first race at that distance. All were excited to be part of race weekend! Special thanks to the volunteers that helped with medal unpacking, the expo table, the 4 mile clothes drop box, and after the races at the club tent. And, the weather was pretty cooperative...except for the wind! Congrats to all who crossed the finish line!
