Ron loves birds. One of his greatest pleasures is to
fill our bird feeders, then sit in our window seat with a
cup of coffee and watch the show.
Bald Eagles are truly amazing and Ron is fascinated by them. When we vacation on a lake in the Berkshires, Ron enjoys watching the resident bald eagles swoop down and catch fish in their massive talons. This is one reality show
that he never wants to miss!
Did you know that there is a pair of mature bald eagles currently nesting in the National Arboretum
in Washington, DC?
They had two eggs which have
just recently hatched!
