Boys & Girls Grades 9 - 12
The Speed & Hurdles Camp is designed to assist athletes in learning how to develop his/her athletic potential to its fullest extent. We do this with a staff of outstanding coaches who use the most recent techniques in track & field. The camp strives to improve each athlete's skill level, mental toughness, flexibility, strength & quickness.
