Outdoor Sunrise Service
by the cross -
7:00am
Early risers will love this service celebrating the risen Christ.
Rain Plan: We will try our best to hold the sunrise service outdoors. In the event of rain, this service will be held in The Shed, our student worship space.
Outdoor Contemporary Easter Service
by the cross - 8:15am, 9:30am & 11:00am
Gather around the cross for a beautiful contemporary service with acoustic music and a message about the importance of the resurrection.
Rain Plan: In the event of rain, all contemporary services will be held in The Shed, our student worship space.
Easter Traditional Service
in the Sanctuary -
9:30am & 11:00am
Enjoy a traditional Easter service in the Sanctuary with a brass and percussion ensemble, and an encouraging message of hope.
HMUMC Students (6th-12th grade) are invited to worship with their families on Easter Sunday.
Crosstown Kids' (K - 5th grade)
9:30am & 11:00am
Crosstown Kids (K - 5th grade) will meet in their small group rooms downstairs and then head up to "The Rooftop" for a high-energy multi-media Easter extreme worship service. The kids will return to their small group rooms for parent pick-up.
Crosstown Kids' Preschool
(3 & 4 year olds)
9:30am & 11:00am
Our youngest preschool age (3 & 4 year olds) Crosstown Kids will have fun on Easter morning playing, exploring and, in their own way, learning the meaning of Easter with friends and loving teachers.
Nursery
(8:15am 4yrs and younger / 9:30am
& 11:00am infants & toddlers)
Nursery is available for children 4 years old and younger at our 8:15am service and for infants and toddlers during the 9:30am and 11:00am services.

Blessing of the Cross
NEXT Wednesday, March 30 at 6:30pm
Mark your calendars for this historic day! We will gather around the construction site to bless our new cross and celebrate as it is lifted up and placed high on top of the Bell Tower. After the ceremony, we will dismiss to our regularly scheduled Wednesday Night programs including The Middle, What's in the Bible for Crosstown Kids and Adult Growth Groups.

Growing Together & Praying Together

Join us for an evening of prayer for the new building, the new people God is going to send to us, and the future of our church! Our "Growing Together" building campaign is about more than growing numerically; it's also about growing deeper in our relationships with God. We'll pray as a group and as individuals while also engaging in a number of interactive prayer stations.

Smart Driving University
Wednesday, April 20 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm
On October 28, 2008, Doug and Pat Ralls received the news that their son Brian was killed in a traffic crash. They were shocked to learn that cell phone distraction was the cause of the crash. Their story will help parents prepare their teen drivers for the road and show us the dangers of distracted driving at any age. It will also show us the power of forgiveness and redemption.

Our 2016 VBS theme is Cave Quest: Following Jesus. The light of the world! Our mission: Grounding kids in the rock-solid foundation of God's love, a love that will take us through life's dark times. This year we will have two VBS sessions. The daytime session, June 6 - June 10 from 9am to 12:30pm, and our NEW evening session, June 6 - June 9 from 6:15pm to 8:30pm. We will be limiting our VBS camper number for both camps. We expect to reach our numbers very quickly. PLEASE visit

Registration is open for completed 1st - 6th graders. WinShape Camp for Communities is the ultimate day camp experience. We combine sports, arts, recreation, Bible Study and worship into one incredible week, keeping them busy from 8am to 5pm each day. On top of that, your kids will be guided by some of the most fun and best trained summer staff in the entire country.
