Each fall, maroon and gold fever takes over the campus and community of Aberdeen during Northern State University's annual homecoming celebration, Gypsy Days. 2015 marks 100 years of celebrating Gypsy Days in Aberdeen.

The Fallout Art & Music Festivals are a slice of heaven. By bringing together a population of people of all ages and of diverse abilities with the intent to celebrate creativity and community by creating and feasting together we create a magical moment in time.

Kids & Family Activities

Enjoy the colors of fall and see history come to life. There will be re-enactors, historic demonstrations, children's activities, music and more! Concessions available on site. Bring your lawn chairs and prepare to enjoy the activities.


Sports & Recreation

The South Dakota Senior Games-Senior Olympics is the only meet sanctioned by the National Senior Games Association, in South Dakota. Join them and watch entrants participate in various athletic events throughout the weekend. South Dakota is an "open" state; meaning out-of-state- people may participate in the Senior Games. 

 
Exhibits & Galleries
July 25 - September 27

An exhibit of art created by local and regional artists will be on display. All types of media will be represented; paintings, sculptures, drawings, textiles, photography and more.

This conference will provide practiccal information on the investigation and prosecution of human trafficking and internet crimes against children. Safe Harbor welcomes law enforcement, prosecutors, defense attorneys, victim advocates, counselors, social workers, elected officials, educators, and the public.
