The head of the Union of Arab Contractors Baadshah "Iraqi Arab Conference and exhibition will be held in cooperation with the Ministry of works and housing of Jordan and the Jordan Chamber of Commerce will host the 11 ministers from Iraq and some other relevant actors in Iraq."

THIS WEEKEND WAS FOR MOST A NICE QUIET WEEKEND BUT FOR THOSE OF US WHO ARE TRYING TO GET ALL US OUR BLESSING IT WAS SHEAR ANGUISH AT LEAST FOR ME.
MY NEW FAMILY THOUGHT I HAD GONE MESHUGANAH WHICH MEANS CRAZY. THAT IS TO SAY THAT MY NEW NAME IS BUBBE THE YIDDISH FIRECRACKER AND LET ME TELL YOU I ALMOST GOT DISOWNED.
EVERYTHING SEEMED LIKE WE WERE THERE AND IN REALITY WE ARE THERE UNTIL I RECEIVED IN THE MIDDLE OF SATURDAY NIGHT AT 1 AM THAT THERE WAS A CYBER ATTACK AND THAT THE 2 AM RELEASE WAS BEING DELAYED.
OKAY.I CAN LIVE WITH THAT BUT WAS ALSO TOLD IT HAD BEEN CORRECTED.
WELL IT ACTUALLY HADNT BEEN AND AS SUNDAY PROGRESSED IT WAS FOUND THAT SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO USE VARIOUS EMAIL ADDRESSES COULD NOT RECEIVE THEIR EMAILS BUT COULD SEND OUT.
IT WASNT TILL ALMOST 3PM THAT THIS WAS SUPPOSEDLY CLEARED UP.

With the reforms being officially rolled out on the 26th, that means they would most likely need to start the PROCESS by the 24th. In the past you always applied the 7 - 10 days for the end of the PROCESS, 10 days takes you to 4/3.
Earlier today you mentioned Mid-April. You appear to be too cautious share the 7 - 10 day theory with the Family.

The spread between the street and program rate getting bigger, was predictable and in an earlier post I stated just that.. You cannot reduce a spread by raising the sale or program rate, especially in such a corrupt environment. The street rate will follow suit and go up right behind the program rate.
