Kindergarten Registration Information

Information was mailed to everyone that is on the Town Census. If your child is going to kindergarten and you did not receive a packet..please contact Linda Wohlen at (508) 894-1230 x119.

Kindergarten Registration will take place March 29, 30 and 31 at the Spring Street School, 2 Spring Street, West Bridgewater.

All forms with the exception of the immunization and physical exam should be returned no later than April 1st.

Kindergarten screening will take place April 12, 13 and 14th. You will be given a scheduled time upon registration.
