Have you been doing Pilates consistently at an intermediate level? Then join our
Monday evening Intermediate/Advanced Mat Class. Join Lisa at 6 p.m. April 4th for the first class.
Our Thursday, 10 a.m. Intermediate Mat class
will continue this Spring with a new 10-week session. Join Heather at 10 a.m. March 28th for the first class.
We are re-instituting our
Wednesday evening Beginner/Intermediate mat class. This is a great class for those who have never done Pilates or need a refresher on the basics. We will incorporate intermediate exercises as the class progresses. Join Lisa at 6 p.m. Wednesday April 6th for the first class.
Stay turned for next month's newsletter as we will be introducing a new Trigger Point Foam Rolling class. Learn myofascial compression techniques that will help decrease pain and tightness in the connective tissue surrounding the muscles (fascia), improve range of motion and promote more efficient movement.
