Is Open Arms Free Clinic your local charity of choice? You will have the opportunity to vote this summer during the Lake Geneva Restaurant Week (June 3 - June 12). Of course you don't have to wait until then, you have the power to make life-saving contribution just by donating ONE DOLLAR..... With 200 volunteers donating over 9000 hours of service, we are able to stretch the dollar to provide $10 of life-saving medication. Caring for those in greatest need - with compassion, dignity and respect - are core values of Open Arms Free Clinic, make OAFC your local charity of choice and become a monthly donor today!
In the news: OAFC is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (WAFCC) and to commemorate Wisconsin's Free & Charitable Clinic week, WAFCC is unveiling #TheNeedContinues Documentary on Tuesday, April 5th at 11am at the Wisconsin State Capitol in Room 412E. Wisconsin Representative Debra Kolste (Assembly District 44) will be the Master of Ceremonies. Ariana Gordillo, Director of Outreach, National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, will be in attendance to give an update on the continued need for free and charitable clinics throughout the nation. WAFCC created the documentary to highlight the work of safety-net providers, with an emphasis on free and charitable clinics. #TheNeedContinues Documentary identifies the gaps remaining in the Wisconsin health care system and defines the "new" uninsured. State and community residents are invited to attend this free event.
