Happy Thursday!
A new shipment of coffee has arrived! With a little bit of twisting and turning (and a bump or two) Debbie managed to use the forklift to get three pallets of coffee indoors before the weather turned bad. As we slowly unload the pallets, we will feature some of our new arrivals. First up- Guatemala. We have had many different varietals of Guatemala coffees in the past, but this is the first time we've had coffee from the La Cascada Estate. It is located in the heart of the Alta Verapaz region of Guatemala; an area known for its lush jungle and indigenous history. The rich soils and high elevation provided the perfect environment to produce exquisite coffee, which is now recognized as one of the finest in both Guatemala and Central America. It's worth giving this one a try.
Frigid air
is everywhere.
There's nowhere to run, there's nowhere to hide.
Come with me, take my hand and together we will go inside.
What will we find inside this cup?
Hot coffee to warm us up!
Have a wonderful (and warm) week!
