Neighborhood Improvements
Now that spring is here it is time to start cleaning up our yards and doing the needed repairs for maintaining and improving our property values. I have two items for you.

Tree Trimming/Removal

There are a number of resident's who are interested in getting their trees trimmed and/or removed.  Donna Miller is in the process of getting quotes. I am coordinating the sign up process. If anyone would like to go together as a group to possibly get a group discount for Farmington Square residents, please contact me to get on the list. We already have 7 people signed up so far.

Updates will follow as we have more information.

Concrete Work

I am also trying to get a group together for any who needs a new driveway, patio, or any concrete work done. Please contact me to get on the list.

At this time we are in the planning stages. We would appreciate contractor recommendations from anyone who has recently had their driveway redone and are happy/dissatisfied with the work done. This will help us save time in the process.

Thank you and have a wonderful spring!

Street Repairs

A number of residents have reported cracking in cement on the streets. The Board of Directors contacted the city and in order for improvements to be made, each resident experiencing this issue must call and report the location of the issue. Some residents have already done this and areas have been marked for repair. We encourage you to contact the city and report any issues at the contact information below.

Special Thanks
We would like to thank Board Member, Kent Wehner, responsible for Grounds and Security for personally taking the time to clean out the culvert on the Haggerty side. He not only saved residents money (from having to pay someone to do it) but also contributed to keeping our neighborhood beautiful. Thank you, Kent!
Welcome to our New Neighbors
We are pleased welcome new neighbors,  Jeff and Jude Aschoff who recently moved into the house at 22788 Shadowglen. Jeff is an Account Executive and his wife, Jude is Director of Marketing. They enjoy movies, golfing and boating.
