Social Media and Risk Mitigation
Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn have revolutionized communication and networking capabilities. Organizations can reach populations beyond their physical borders which can increase funding capacity, reach diverse human capital/partnerships and share their 'mission and vision' with the global world.  This is a great opportunity which comes with risk and questions as it relates to technological liability. What could be executed with good intentions could turn into a nightmare. CAPLAW is hosting a webinar to educate organizations about the risk that correlates with the opportunity. See below.
