Chris Overbay works at Festo USA and is now taking the Esslingen MBA

Chris Overbay from Festo USA has come to Germany to get his MBA in International Industrial Management – and get to know Festo’s headquarters in Esslingen. The Esslingen MBA gives international corporations in southwestern Germany the opportunity to educate top employees from their foreign branches here in Esslingen.

Besides a strong, international master's degree, taught entirely in English, Esslingen Graduate School students who are sent here by their companies complete a practical semester in their German company's headquarters. During this time, they also receive strong advisory support from the Graduate School.

After their studies in Germany, the young executives usually return to their home land, where they take on challenging positions in the foreign subsidiaries of their companies - just like Chris Overbay. But even after their experience in Esslingen is over, they are able to keep in touch with their colleagues though their international alumni network.
