There's opportunity to Adopt-a-Mile on your road

*Article below submitted by Barry Krebs, Keep Cobb Beautiful board member

By adopting a mile, you will beatify our area and get recognition as being a good neighbor in the community. Keep Cobb Beautiful will arrange to have the Adopt-A-Mile signs, recognizing your organization's good work, placed on both sides of your adopted road. As your KCB volunteer respresentative, I will help you with your initial cleanup, document the event with photos and assist you with posting them on Facebook to gain even more recognition. All that you have to do is keep the adopted road clean. I will arrange a quarterly cleanup with volunteers or assign the task to someone in your organization to monitor and cleanup as needed. The First Baptist Church of Mableton recently received 58 "likes" and five "loves" on a recent cleanup.

If you are interested in learning more about this program, contact Barry Krebs at 770-335-1388 or [email protected]. Thank you.
