We have a week to go. While some may say things are winding down, this is the time we all need to buckle down, pay attention or run the risk of letting unwanted legislation slip through the cracks.
Breakfast with the Governor
The Women Legislators of Maryland enjoyed breakfast with Governor Hogan. The Woman's Caucus focuses on issues of importance for women in the State of Maryland. This year we supported legislation, having to do with domestic violence, rape survivors, divorce- restoration of former name, freestanding birthing centers, education and others.
