Greetings Neighborhood Yoga Community,

As we welcome spring in the High Country, we are grateful for this beautiful place we share together and call our home. As you may know, a group of us (21 to be exact) have just returned from two weeks in Northern India, beginning our journey in the 5000 year old city of Varanasi, on the banks of the Ganges, and traveling north (by plane, boat, bus, cable car and tuk tuk) to Rudraprayag, to get a glimpse of the Himalayas, to take in the vastness of the universe, and to experience the connectedness to something greater than our individual selves.

Namaste,
Valerie

Engaging with the Goddess "Rhadha"
We have almost come to the end of our half year journey with the goddess!  Endings are always bittersweet; but
I love the way they usher in new beginnings.
Like Spring herself!   Our Goddess of honor is Radha and I can't wait to revel in her teachings.

Our final weekend with the goddess will be April 1 - 3.
Due to the rescheduling, our times have shifted somewhat:

Friday 5:30-7:30 PM, Saturday 5:30-7:30 PM, andSunday    9:00-1:00.

We will gather at the King Street Studio rather than Shanthi Way Studio.      For details or to register, contact Serena at  [email protected] .
