The City of Hiram Police Department Receives Grant From The Governor's Office Of Highway Safety In The Amount of $10,000.00

The City of Hiram Police Department is pleased to announce it has received the Small Agency Incentive Grant for $10,000.00 from the Governor's Office of Highway Safety (GOHS). These funds will be used to reimburse our SPLOST account for the purchase of two WatchGuard 4RE HD in-car wireless camera systems. 
Added Hiram Police Chief Todd A. Vande Zande. "We are very thankful to the Governor's Office of Highway Safety for their statewide support of local law enforcement efforts in trying to make the roadways safer for Georgia motorist.  This resource will prove invaluable to us in our efforts to enforce traffic safety and will assist in prosecuting violators."
