Parliamentary Finance: the executive organ of the state needs to restructure
Baghdad / Ibrahim Ibrahim Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed, on Monday, that the government machinery needs to be restructured in accordance with the financial resources of the country without resorting to external borrowing.
The finance ministry announced for holding Iraq 's financial and economic talks with the International Monetary Fund in Amman, indicated that they have held talk in Iraq , the entry with the Fund in the credit policy arrangement (SBA).
The finance committee member Majda al - Tamimi, in an interview for the "long", that " the executive organ of the state needs a comprehensive restructuring so that it corresponds with the financial resources of the country without resorting to borrowing money and dispensing random ways. "

Interior Ministry announces seizing 3 banking companies linked with ISIS

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad - The Financial and Economic Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Interior announced on Monday the seizure of three banking companies that were transferring funds to the ISIS-controlled areas in the provinces of Baghdad and Kirkuk.
Tlar: I am sure these companies were participating in the auctions but until further info comes in that is just a guess. For the Central bank to be involved there is no doubt that they were buying a lot of USD as pictured above using dinars to purchase it.

A massive protest rally organised by Muqtada al-Sadr, the firebrand Shi'ia cleric, took place again last Friday around the Green Zone in central Baghdad, Iraq. It was the most recent in a series of rallies that have involved hundreds of thousands of al-Sadr's supporters protesting against corruption at the heart of the Iraqi government.
Initially, al-Sadr had intended to lead his supporters, mostly from the deprived Sadr City suburbs of Baghdad, in an outright invasion of the Green Zone, which he decries as "A bastion of support for corruption", but he climbed down from this position last Friday and instead ordered his followers to undertake a sit-in around the perimeter.
Nevertheless, thousands of angry protesters cut through the razor wire, which protects the outer boundary of the Green Zone and pushed their way towards the security checkpoints that surround the compound, home to leading government ministers and foreign embassies.

The changes that Prime Minister Abadi is doing with the GOI is great, but that is for the future.
This change with the IQD is based upon the present and again, is not predicated upon whether parliament is meeting, nor where Maliki is living, nor whether Sadr is camping in the Green Zone.
Folks, the IMF has already told the world in many, many different ways, what Iraq is going to do very soon.
