Qigong with Ed Kehoe 

This series meets for 8 consecutive Thursdays beginning July 9 at 10 - 11am.

The benefits of Qigong can be summarized as balance and harmony. It consists of gentle movements that nurture greater flexibility and coordination, while promoting a more relaxed way of being in the world.

This program is well suited for beginners as well as the experienced, and is enriching for adults of all ages.

Registration fee is $120.  Payment in full is due prior to arrival.
