IRRIGATION SERVICE BEGINNING, SPRING IS NEAR
Yes, it has been one of the wettest winters on record but we have begun our irrigation activation servicing.  This may seem odd as most years irrigation is not needed until May, but it is not unrealistic to need to begin irrigation as early as April.  Remember last year?   Servicing of the system we manage takes several months and we need to be prepared for an early season.

Our routine is to charge the irrigation mainline then activate each zone. We will cut grass away from all lawn irrigation heads, and shrubs away from bed irrigation heads. We will also adjust the heads if they are tilted and point them in the correct direction.  We will also repair and replace broken or malfunctioning valves, pipes, and sprinklers. Simple repairs are made automatically while major repairs will be reported before completing. This servicing system is a part of our contract services and repairs are billed as time and materials. All sites will be serviced between now and April.

As we have grown, we have expanded our irrigation services staff to ensure we have the manpower and expertise to maintain and repair the system we maintain.   We now have 7 full time technicians to serve your properties. As water costs rise and irrigation system technology evolves, we are confident that we have the best team and resources to serve you.
