Chef Ido of Frescos will prepare a delicious spread of Southern cuisine before Cape May Stage performs “The Whipping Man.” Full of contradictions, this play tells the story of a Jewish Confederate slave-owner at the end of the Civil War. A shocking ending will leave you with plenty of questions for the end-of-show talkback with the cast.

“Dinner and a Show” will be held on Thursdy, June 16 beginning with dinner at Fresco's (412 Bank St, Cape May) at 6 PM. Cape May Stage’s performance of The Whipping Man will take place at 8pm at The Robert Shackleton Playhouse (405 Lafayette Street, Cape May).
