Change is a constant in life, yet it often stretches our capacity to stay positive and grounded.  Join Jean Johnson, somatic based leadership coach, for a reflective, interactive session to explore your personal stress response to change and come away with specific strategies to support sustainable changes in your resilience and ability to take action that supports your goals in the midst of change.  This session promises to be fun and enlightening. 

Registration is $45 when paid by June 3; $55 thereafter. Please register by June 10.  Payment in full is due prior to arrival.
