Dean Durling of Whitehouse, NJ is the Chairman, President and CEO of QuickChek Corporation; the family-owned business operates a chain of more than 140 convenience food stores in New Jersey and New York. QuickChek has partnered with Abilities since 1998 to provide employment opportunities to Abilities trainees.

 Joe Murphy, with the support and encouragement from his family, began job-sampling with Abilities Employment Pathways program in 2009. After much success, Joe was hired by QuickChek in 2014 and was recognized as the recipient of Abilities' Student Transition of the Year Award.
