Happy Winter! It is officially winter weather now here in the Chicago area. Cold, rain, sleet, snow, mixed with some days of 45 degrees. Isn't that the unpredictability of Chicago weather?
Winter also means many fun times, like Special Olympics Winter Games, the Special Olympics Polar Plunge, brrrrrrrr, and the start of running races when winter starts to break. And to some of us, winter means thoughts of summer, as we tolerate the cold, and wait for the sun to come back and warm up our worlds. In this issue you'll read about how to start thinking about summer camps.
Finally, you'll read about a Shamrock Run on March 19th that will benefit Protected Tomorrows Charities. We hope if you are a runner, you can run with us. And if you are not a runner, come out and just join in the fun. Hope to see you there!!
Warm Regards,
Mary Anne Ehlert,
