A group of Hillsborough Education Foundation VIP's got the chance on Tuesday to meet future scientists, doctors and engineers at a special preview of the Hillsborough Regional STEM Fair at the Tampa Convention Center.
The event, presented by HEF business partner Stantec, featured guest speaker Robert Parrish, a quantum chemistry researcher who got his start at Hillsborough's STEM Fair as a student. He was recognized as one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 in Sciences in 2015 and credits much of his success to his excellent science and math education at Chamberlain High School and his experiences at STEM fair.

Golf Tournament is coming up!
Batson-Cook presents the annual Play FORE Education Golf Tournament on Monday, March 21 at the Avila Golf and Country Club. All proceeds will benefit the Hillsborough Education Foundation and will go toward helping students succeed through scholarships, mentoring, free school supplies, innovative classroom projects and recognition for teachers and educational professionals.
