This past Monday, EWGA members
Pam Katros,
Shelley Van Drimmelen, Jeri Paik and Patricia Ickes
played in a PWGA Team Play Qualifier at Woodcreek. As a result of their 4th place finish, they will be moving on to the Team Play Tournament September 1-2 at Bailey Creek in Lake Amador.

Pippin, Little Mermaid and Newsies are only one week long. Kathleen will get matinee tickets for Elf, The Musical and Little Mermaid so children and grandchildren will be able to stay up to see the musicals.

wherever needed at the U.S. Senior Open held last week at Del Paso Country Club. Headed up by

, the following EWGA members worked their hearts out in the heat to help:
Terry Erl-Blair, Gigi Jenna-Budowich, Pam Katros, Tillie Melton, Sally Paniagua, Denise Theisen, and Karen Zamarripa.
The following EWGA volunteers also spent time at the course:
Carol Adams, Dianna Berry-Jones, Betty Lou Beyer, Barbara Ford, Sally Lee, Nancy Lyons, Deb McSherry, Jeri Paik, Tammy Pinnick and Carol Wilkening.
Thank you volunteers for all of your help and making EWGA look like champs.
There are two other volunteers, although not members, provided critical service to our chapter and the success of the 16th hole. Carol Little's husband, Ben took the entire week off to be the co-captain with Sunny Monday - Wednesday, and, Don Pottle, who was co-captain for Thursday - Sunday and provided volunteers with vital marshal training.
Please thank all of the EWGA members and the non-members for all of their help when you see them. And, Sunny, great job

Yocha DeHe Needs a Few Players

Leslie Lang and Charlotte Wells played in the EWGA Par 3 Challenge on June 26-27 in Palm Beach. It's open to both men and women and features a Best Ball format. Leslie and Charlotte played in the Women's Net Division and placed tied for Fourth! Good Job.

| Did you enjoy the Wildhawk Scramble? Well here's another opportunity to enjoy an evening scramble. EWGA's Fast Trackers program assists participants in setting goals and possibly establishing a handicap. The new women golfers who took Fast Trackers class this year were very motivated to improve their game. This shot-gun start Scramble provides them with opportunity to practice what they learned and celebrate their accomplishments afterwards over no-host refreshments.

- The cost is $23 for cart and range balls as well as the 9-hole round.

| "Let it Go" Workshop - Same Date, New Time, and Lower Price! |
| Need to Find Your Inner Game?
In this workshop you will learn the mysteries of the inner game of golf that will help you play better and have more fun. Instruction focuses on five to seven inner game drills embraced by many pros. Conducted on the practice range, you will learn how to utilize your pre-shot routine, in-between-shot, and post-shot routines to take you to a new level of confidence. If you choose to golf after the workshop, the instructor will be available will play golf and help with transferring what you learned to the golf course. The clinic is July 11th from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Morgan Creek Golf Club
Your cost as a member is now $35. Non-members pay $45.
Tee times start at 3 p.m. REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED: July 9, 2015
